Leaving the Gold Coast Airport we fly south along the beach to Byron Bay. This beautiful stretch of coastline will amaze even the locals. Once at the Byron Bay Headland, we will bank the helicopter to take in the most amazing view of Cape Byron, then head west though the beautiful Tweed Coast Hinterland, taking in distant views of the spectacular Mt Warning.

As we approach home we will descend to 500ft, which is by far the best way to follow the Tweed River back to Point Danger for the Gold Coast Airport.

Flight Time: 60 minutes

    • A minimum of 2 persons are required for all flights. (single person flights can still be purchased)
    • All prices are per person
    • Times and flight paths may vary due to traffic or weather
    • Single passenger bookings are welcome, but the date and time of the flight will be dependent on grouping at least another single passenger
    • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date

 

Cancellation Policy: You can reschedule your confirmed scenic Joy Flight free of charge if you give us (the supplier) more than 2 weeks notice. There is a $50 administration fee per person payable directly to the us (the supplier) if you want to reschedule the flight within 2 weeks of the confirmed date. No changes allowed within 48 hours of a confirmed flight.
 
Important Note: All aircraft are required to operate within weight and performance limitations. Every flight has a maximum allowable total weight for passengers. Passengers will need to inform us (at the time of booking) their individual passenger weights (inclusive of clothing). Passengers will be weighed on the day of their flight to ensure that we do not exceed these aircraft  limitations. Flight prices are based on standard passenger weights. Individual passengers (or a group of) in excess of 100kg per person may affect our quoted prices. (Please note: Giving an incorrect weight at the time of booking, could result in the cancellation of the seat/s on the day of the flight (with a penalty) if it causes actual weights to be in excess of our aircraft maximum take-off weight).
